ALL PRODUCTS SOLD THAT ARE NOT INSTALLED BY CUSTOM CRUISIN, INC. WILL CARRY A MANUFACTURES WARRANTY ONLY. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CHARGES TO REMOVE AND RETURN PRODUCT TO SERVICE CENTER. ALL CLAIMS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BEFORE CREDIT, REPAIR, OR NEW MERCHANDISE IS GIVEN. ALL USED, DISCONTINUED, CLEARANCE, AND SALE ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS AND CARRY NO WARRANTIES. ANY WORK PERFORMED BY OTHERS ON OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES VOIDS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES. CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDS THAT ANY AFTERMARKET ACCESSORY OR MODIFICATION MAY VOID ANY AND ALL FACTORY WARRANTIES. CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY THAT COMES WITH THE USE, POSSESSION, DISPLAY, AND OWNERSHIP OF ANY AFTERMARKET ACCESSORY OR CUSTOM WORK!
Pager Payment Policy
ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE ON THE FIRST OF EVERY MONTH. YOU WILL BE PAGED WITH 998-1072
FIVE(5) DAYS BEFORE THE FIRST, ON THE FIRST, AND YOU HAVE UNTIL THE FIFTH(5TH) OF EACH MONTH AS A GRACE PERIOD. IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE FIFTH(5TH) YOU WILL BE PAGED WITH 998-1072-9999 AS A WARNING YOUR PAGER WILL BE TURNED OFF WITHIN 24 HOURS.
REACTIVATION WILL BE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PAYMENT.
IF PAYMENT IS MADE AFTER THE FIFTH(5TH) THERE IS A FIVE ($5.00) DOLLAR LATE FEE. YOU MAY ALSO PAY FOR THREE OR MORE MONTHS IN ADVANCE (EXAMPLE 3 MOS. FOR $28) AND WE WILL WAIVE THE LATE FEE.
Towing Policies
We can not be responsible for damages caused by faulty tires, bumper brackets, etc. Custom Cruisin, Inc. assumes no responsibility for loss or damage by theft, fire, or any other cause beyond our control, to any vehicle placed with us for storage or repair.
