6/2010 - I am thoroughly impressed with CUSTOM CRUISIN’, and the impeccable work of the owner Mark.  Mark is a master craftsman, and the end result of the restoration of my beloved 1960 Mercury Monterey is proof of this.  Mark’s work is exacting, meticulous, and precise, and his shop is well equipped and immaculate.  Not only does Mark possess the requisite knowledge and experience needed to take on the daunting task of a complete restoration, and the keen eye necessary for the perfect fit and finish of true concours-level bodywork, he also has the passion as well, which, sadly, in this day and age, is not readily found anymore.  What’s more, Mark is a master installer of custom rims and stereo components, and his electrical wiring is the best you will ever find, with cleanly soldered connections and careful routing.  I have been involved in the auto hobby for 30 years, and have utilized many shops and services during that time, and I can assure you that Mark’s work is second to no one.  So, if you are in need of custom rims, stereo systems, body work, or perhaps a complete restoration, do yourself a favor and do it right the first time by going directly to CUSTOM CRUISIN’, and the highly talented, trusted, and recommended Mark.     

12/2009 - Very professional, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and cost effective. They have very good equipment and know how to properly use it. The first I have ever seen anyone around here use a torque wrench. You could not ask for better work to be completed.

05/2009 - Installation was quick and done right. I have had experience with most of the other recommended installers in this area and I have had trouble with more than 50 of them. I have no complaints this time and will be using this installer again. Do yourself a favor and leave the big well known guys in Richmond alone and try this smaller shop. You will be much happier when you leave.

02/2009 - Mark took care of installing my tires and did an outstanding job. Mounting 35 series tires on 19" rims isn't an easy task as evidenced by the last 2 places I'd taken previous cars that scratched the bajeezus out of 2 of the 4. Not one mark on any of the 4 rims (OEM painted rims on a G35 Coupe at that) and the weights were appropriately placed where they aren't in plain sight. I would very highly recommend them and will do all my business there in the future despite the 25 mile drive. Its small and the ambiance is a bit lacking but for quality work go here and you wont be disappointed

1/2009 - Dropped off my car on Saturday to have my front bumper repaired.  These guys had it repaired and ready for pick up on Monday.  Now that was quick.  

12/2008 - These guys repaired my 2001 Chevy PU.  Perfect color match.  They even finished the repair before the insurance check arrived.  They even paid $100 of my deductible.  Thanks guys!!

11/2008 - These guys install all my tires and it is always a pleasure dealing with them. No wasted time here. I'm in and out before I can check my email.

08/2007 - This is an excellent shop. I just got a new sports car that has the tire pressure sensors (TPMS) and these guys are the only ones I called that had a clue about this system. They installed the new rims and tires and transferred the tire sensors without a hitch.
